Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book?

For grazing tables and walls, six to eight weeks is ideal — earlier in the summer and around the holidays. For boards and boxes, a week or two is usually plenty, though I'll always try to make somethi

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

What happens to leftovers?

They're yours. Cheese, charcuterie, and most fruit will keep wrapped in the fridge for three to five days. I usually pack a small container with the board so it's easy to send anything that's left hom

Do you do anything for kids?

Yes — I often build a small "kids' corner" with milder cheeses (mozzarella, mild cheddar), sweet fruit, grapes, strawberries, and a few sweets like dark chocolate or honeycomb. No cured meats unless r

How do I pay?

I accept Stripe (credit/debit), Square, PayPal, and Venmo. For weddings and larger events you can split the balance across two payments — deposit at booking, balance one week before the event. The ful
